A strategy is a choice and with strategy we will aim at something. But where?

Our strategic leadership is based on the vision and the definition of key choices to achieve the vision. We do not talk about only competitive strategy, which is the key strategy at the business unit level, but create parallel strategies for all organizational dimensions. However, designing strategies is not enough. According to research, we know that 90 % of companies, that are satisfied with their strategies, are not satisfied with their implementation.
