VIA Group

VIA Group is a leading Finnish consultant company with extensive international activities. Organizational and customer surveys, visionary and strategic consultation, development of leadership and sales skills as well as CRM are the main business areas of VIA Group. A process focus is the basis for all activities.

VIA Group was established in 1976.

VIA Group has good relationships with many academic communities and organizations, such as the Center for Leadership Studies, the Century University (New Mexico), the Fresno State University (California), Miller-Heimann Inc., the Tracom Corporation and Wilson Learning Corporation, professor teams from Harvard Business School and IMD.

There are about 40 members of VIA Group in Finland. Members of the team consist of consultants specialized in different areas, of assistants and a customer service staff. The consultants have both a firm educational background and a practical business experience. They also participate continuously in advanced education.

VIA Group in Finland has office in Espoo. Through this office VIA Group has established firm customer relationships around the country. The accounts consist of companies of various sizes and public organizations in different branches.
