Team Leader in Action is a Development Process
Team Leader in Action is a one-year process aiming at in-depth learning and application of new information. The first half is focused on the adoption of new knowledge and the second half on the successful application of the adopted knowledge.
The programme consists of four two-day seminars.
The core aspect of the programme is the systematic development of the participant’s own sphere of responsibility. The sphere of responsibility is analysed from a variety of perspectives.
The seminars consists of short lectures and presentations, assignments and case exercises. The studied issues are applied to one’s own situation in a concrete manner. Other teaching methods include: short films, team discussions and individual assignments.
The issues studied between the periods are applied in practice, and experiences are discussed during the next seminar.
